You spend hours watching videos on YouTube, until you finally realize that the deadline is approaching and you start to get into p√°nico. You find some motivation√≥n to take action, but it's not that easy. You can still put things off a little longer, and the √√∫nly difference is that you are now a little more stressed. There comes a time when you find enough strength to start and finish the task achieving a good result, but this unfortunate cycle will start again the next time you receive an assignment.

Break the No Barrier is a must-have negotiation manual developed and honed over the course of Chris Voss's extraordinary career as a hostage kidnapping negotiator and renowned teacher at the world's most prestigious business schools.

Various propaganda techniques based on social psychology research are used to generate propaganda. Many of these same techniques can be classified as logical fallacies, since propagandists use arguments that, while often convincing, are not necessarily valid.

In their book Propaganda and Persuasion, authors Garth S. Jowett and Victoria O'Donnell define "propaganda" as the "deliberate and systematic attempt to shape perceptions, manipulate minds and direct behavior to achieve a response that promotes the propagandist's desired intent."[1] Harold Lasswell's definition points in greater detail to the technical aspect: Recetas faciles y rápidas

Propaganda, in the broadest sense, is the technique of influencing human action through the manipulation of representations. These representations may take spoken, written, pictorial or musical form.

The transition from "non-propaganda" to "propaganda" is fluid. Effective manipulation presupposes that the propagandistic message is embedded in another act of communication, so that the mention of these contexts is not a refutation of the propagandistic character of an act of communication.[3]: 73

Social norms, broadly speaking, are defined as the beliefs shared by the members of a group about what are the appropriate, expected and desirable behaviors, opinions or attitudes for a given group. Therefore, norms are shared frameworks about reality, about how to interpret it and how to behave in it. This type of information of social origin is of vital importance for the adaptation of the individual to the environment and for his survival. Thus, the information we receive from others provides us with knowledge on how to interpret any event and what is the most adaptive action, especially in ambiguous situations.

Psychologists call the process by which we observe what other people do in order to take it as a reference for our own behavior "informational influence". We all know some examples of this type of influence because we have suffered them without realizing it. For example, when we go to a religious act on the occasion of a baptism, communion or wedding and not knowing exactly the liturgy, we look at others to know when to stand up and when to sit down. Or when we come across a group of people who are all looking up, we instinctively raise our gaze there as well. We are also under the influence of information when we see a group of people running in a stampede and we see them running towards us.
